We placed our grandmother here for about two months while we were researching other homes closer to most of our family. Do not send your loved ones here if they have any sort of dementia or mental health issues! There were four occasions they kept sending her to the hospital because they couldn't deal with her. Also, her laptop went missing and was never recovered. The issues with getting a hold of staff for information as described in other reviews were also hurdles we had to jump through. We only chose Getz as a recommendation from my grandmother's church and it was close by her home. Don't send your loved ones here if you have a choice!

Never would I EVER recommend Getz personal care home to anyone Personal Care is what you lack of. When my doctor called to speak to the nursing or staff he was unable to get through three messages were left with no returned call not even two an ER doctor since all of this has happened I don't need a response considering I've seen it for myself don't ever take your loved one to getz personal care home I'm sorry I ever did considering they were of no help to my loved ones situation. I should never smell an odor on my loved one and the odor was consistent I have since removed my loved one and warn all of those that look into this place it's great in the beginning watch out for Erin in the administrative office rudest individual I've ever met in my life. Totally disgusted and we'll be filing further complaints

I called this place 3 times and left 3 voicemails for different people. I wanted some information. Based on the fact they don't return phone calls. I would avoid using this place. Horrible customer service. Maybe everyone was on vacation when I called.

STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY!!! THE STAFF, ESPECIALLY ERIN THE ADMINISTRATOR IS EXTREMELY RUDE! EXTREMELY RUDE! I WOULDNT WANT MY LOVED ONE BEING TREATED THE WAY SHE TREATS PEOPLE.
