HIPAA violations all around!!!!, high turnover rates, terrible communication skills. Lack of ethics. Quality of care is poor. People get served food late.. many die earlier than expected because of lack of care. Catheter care is unacceptable. Food quality is terrible and the company only cares about profits.

Three months after moving in, I can see that my parents are thriving at Boone Ridge. The staff are kind and work very hard to keep my parents happy and healthy. The building is beautiful and their apartment is spacious and comfortable. I have joined them for several meals and have been impressed with the quality of the food. For all these reasons I highly recommend this place!

We are extremely pleased with the Boone Ridge Memory Care staff and how they take care of my father in law. He did a complete 360, the care, and the staff at his previous memory care facility were rude, uncaring, and didn't seem to get him involved and we could tell he was unhappy. My father in law has been at Boone since June 2019. It took him about 2 or 3 months to get involved, the staff has been absolutely amazing with him. I appreciate the communication. Kudos to the staff especially Victoria , Myra and Derek. You all rock!!!
