If i could give this place negative stars i would. The higher up management at this facility has no care or compassion for any of their residents. The care is extremely poor. The facility is filthy. Residents will go unfed and unchanged. Several of the managers have been made aware of the issues for over 1 year. I have made several marks on door handles and tables in the dining area and they are still there several days later. No protective equipment or sanitizing done by the staff. If you cherish your loved ones stay away from the Kuebler location of Bonaventure. The 5 star reviews written on google are actual managers that work for bonaventure and are told to post such reviews to raise the star rating. BE CAUTIOUS WITH THOSE YOU LOVE

Bonaventure is a beautiful community. The staff are accommodating and friendly, and they always go above and beyond to help their residents and guests feel at home. It's great to see how much they care for their residents and family members. I highly suggest their community!
