Working here was miserable. Some coworkers harassed me and made the work environment toxic. The pay is too low for how hard you have to work. The training was insufficient for how complicated the work can be. The job posting description was deceiving, the work is not actually what was advertised. The residents are great and deserve a better care team and better management of the facility.

Wonderful facility! They maintain very high standards for day to day care which contributes the high quality of life. My Father and mother in law love it there! When we visit them, we feel as welcomed as if going to their home. The staff is friendly and awesome! Highly recommend Fieldstone!

Friendly and efficient staff. A variety of foods in a five-star restaurant style. We were in a different facility and moved to Fieldstone that really shows the difference of quality of care, good job Fieldstone
