My father was a resident at Haven Corner until his passing. I cant express enough how hard the staff worked to make my dad comfortable and cared for. Debbie would make helpful suggestions on ways we could make things easier or more helpful for him. He enjoyed the outings and talks he would have with Debbie. Taking the time to listen and have a conversation meant a lot to him and his family. I felt complete trust and faith that my father was in a safe and caring home. He was treated with respect and compassion until his passing. I am grateful and it brings me comfort to have found a place like Haven Corner.

My mom, Evelyn, lived at Haven Corner for several years. During that time, she loved arranging flowers from the garden, doing arts and crafts, sitting on the patio and going on field trips with Debbie.Debbie and the Haven staff were always friendly and caring whenever I visited and mom loved the resident cat and Lucy the dog. It felt like home to her.My family was immediately informed of any health issues or difficulties that mom was experiencing. In her final days, staff worked with hospice to make mom as comfortable as possible. My family was encouraged to spend as much time as we wanted at Haven with mom as we bid her goodbye.Special thanks to Debbie and Craig, Laura, Christine, Cindy, Kathleen and all who cared for mom.Alice Larson

If you are looking for a wonderful loving experience for your loved one this is the place. Both of my parents lived at Haven Corner. My Dad was there for about two and a half years and my Mom has been there for three and a half years. My Dad came to Haven Corner after a fall that left him quite debilitated. Craig and Debbie (the owners) went above and beyond making it possible for my Dad to live out his years next to my Mom. My Mom has been very happy and content at Haven Corner. Very accommodating to every request that weve had.

Mom was at Haven Corner for almost 3 years, until she peacefully passed last June. It was the perfect place for her to be. We loved the 'family' atmosphere. Her caregivers were compassionate and kind, and accurately gauged her level of care and activity needs as her dementia worsened. Mom really enjoyed going out on 'joy rides' with Debbie ('The Head Honcho') and other residents, whether it was for a drive in the nearby countryside, Dairy Queen for ice cream or out to PIR for Christmas lights. The grounds are meticulously maintained year-round, producing beautiful flowers in the spring and summer. Mom was a life-long gardener, so she helped plant annuals in the spring and arranged flower bouquets for the table. Mom was also an artist, so when she wasn't able to paint anymore, they provided suitable alternatives. While I miss Mom terribly, I'm so grateful for everyone at Haven Corner for helping her transition with love and grace.

Haven Corner was a blessing for our Mom and family. Making the decision to move Mom out of her home into a care home was not easy. We looked all over, visited multiple facilities and homes, but fell in love with Haven Corner. The staff and Debbie is kind, courteous and professional. The home was like being at home for Mom, only a much safer environment than our home. Mom was kept busy when she wanted to be busy, but had privacy when needed. The record keeping was impeccable. The communication with our family was considerate and timely. The home was always spotless. The food healthy, yet delicious. Haven Corner was a true blessing through a difficult time.
