Not a good place to either work or have to stay at. Department managers spend more time smoking and gossiping than doing their job if they even do that, like having an activity director that does everything else except activities and leads the buildings gossip and back stabbing. The administrator, while hoped up on power drinks doesn't listen to employee's. It's just a mess.
