They leave the clients in bed and ignore the calls for help sometimes for two hours. My grandmother needs a doctor and instead they pump her full of oxy and say its because shes dehydrated. They havent bathed her in the week shes been there. The nurses are lazy and get mad and leave them in the bathrooms alone so they dont have to come in every fifteen minutes as they so rudely put it. Youre there to work, get off the phone and take care of the clients or go be a janitor. I hope you end up sued and shutdown

They don't answer call lights in a timely manner. They don't bring meds until they feel like it. It is run down. Don't let your family go there

Went in for a part time job while taking care of family living in La Grand. The DON and management started to argue with me that I don't care about my patients and I only care about money because I asked why they have a 6K sign on bonus and such a high patient to nurse ratio. Sad sad place, now I see why my family told me not to interview with them. No body goes to work for free. My time taking care of people who need a good nurse is what I care about. Horrible management and I am so glad they can't force me to ever work while holding that bonus over my head. Please contact other places for the loved ones in your family, I would hate to see them suffer. I volunteer so much in Utah helping people and it's sad that I cannot offer my talents to your family and friends here.

My mother spent four weeks here. She left today. The staff was the best. The people who interacted and took care of her truly cared and were skilled caregivers/nurses. They are cheerful and friendly. The therapy staff went out of their way to encourage and accommodate my mom when exercise was difficult for her.

Never, ever work here. Dont leave a loved one here either. Run far, far away..fast.
