Fox Hollow Residential Care Community

I helped place someone at Fox Hollow several months ago. Their facilities are quite nice and public areas were very clean and showed well. Their staff is pleasant and Steve was very helpful with getting us settled in. But as the patient's health started going down hill, I noticed their attention to room housekeeping began to diminish. Several times we had to request housekeeping attention. By the time he expired, and when we went to clean out his room, we found dirty clothes and linens piled high. His disposable underwear was just sitting in the room, well past the time to empty. The overall room and vanity was very messy. We were very disappointed in what we walked in to. Hopefully the new management will apply more attention to detail. Then, 3 weeks after he expired and we removed his personal items and furniture from his room, his widow, who had paid his entire month in which he died, got a bill for 2 days into the next month. I do know that management recently changed for the entire facility. I would hope it improves for those that continue dwell there.

I moved my mother to Fox Hollow about 6 months ago and am very happy with the care and attention she receives there. The staff is great, from caretakers to admin. I visit often and everyone is always nice and accommodating. They have a wide selection of activities and are good about encouraging residents to participate. This is the third assisted living community my mother has moved to in the past two years and were happy to say that it looks to be the final one. She really likes it there, and for my mother, that is saying a lot.

My mom has lived at FH for 4 years. Overall, the care has been very good. She is now in hospice care and the staff is superb. The new manager, Billie and her crew are very caring and compassionate. As she ages, my mom has required more assistance. She can also be difficult at times and the staff remains dedicated and tolerant. I visit frequently and I always find everyone welcoming and professional. Im very thankful for all everyone doesdont know what Id do without Fox Hollow care.

I've worked as a nurse at Fox Hollow since mid-June and have never found a community that cares more for thier residents and staff than this one. Great place to work, well staffed, and residents get wonderful care. I would definitely feel confident with my loved one's living here.
