They need more nurse aides. The they have are so working short handed. Plus the residents are not getting the care they need cause I'm a resident here. I know what is going on.

My mother was in Cimarron Nursing Center from 2019 to 2020 and our experience was wonderful. Mom was given great care and the staff gave her individual attention that made her feel safe and loved. They called her by name and treated her like she was their grandmother. When family came in they took the time to explain how her day was going and always asked if we needed anything. Mom passed the end of January and so many of the staff stopped by her room with tears in their eyes telling funny Loretta stories.

If this place could be given negative stars it would be the best recommendation. The Administrator, director of Nursing, and Assistant Director of Nursing are highly unprofessional and do not stand by their word nor staffing managerial duties. They hold no level of accountability as far as their position requires.. The D.O.N. and A.D.O.N. both hold themselves at no level of accountability for their nurses or staff, nor , in our particular instance best interest of said resident. No one seems to know what is going on there. Our experience , in the short 5 days they had my loved one was absolutely terrible, and resulted in life altering and damaging results. I highly would Never reccomend this faculty to anyone. .

Poor administration, not resident orriented. Residents there are receiving very poor care with very little staff on board. Residents are not receiving medications at the proper times and sometimes not at all. Turn over rate on staff is at a all time high

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Very poor care, almost to the point of malpractice.
