My husband has been in this facility for a few weeks for skilled nursing and rehab. During this time, the attentiveness of the staff - from the Admissions Team, Administration, Directors, Doctors, NPs, Nurses, Nurse Assistants, Physical Therapist, Dining Team, cleaning staff etc has been beyond our expectations! They respond promptly to concerns and or questions we have. They pay attention to my husbands ( and mine!) physical, mental and emotional needs. They strive for excellence in what they do. Do not expect perfection, as we know there is only one that is perfect and HE Is not on this earth! The team at The Timbers truly care about their patients and residents! I would not hesitate recommending The Timbers in Edmond! Thank you to a GREAT team!

My mother is in here, the weekend help is no help at all, her tray set in the hall for 30 minutes, the food was cold, no juice or drink was offered, I ask for help putting her to bed, she said it would be awhile because they had to get residents back to the room from lunch, I took tray back to cafeteria, they were standing around in the hall with other help talking and looking at something on their phones , I left the room so mom could sleep, back in the hall they were talking to each other and phones back out. So sad someone spends their last days somewhere and they are under staffed and over worked, that they don't care.

I felt they were under staffed. My mom waited over 30 minutes many many times for help. Most of the staff was pleasant enough. I would not recommend this place unless you're looking for a self service place.

My mother was a respit patient at The Timbers on several occasions and I was very impressed with the care she received. The staff was skilled and kind in their care. The facility was clean and I would have no reservations about having my mother live at The Timbers long term when that time comes. I am very grateful to the staff for the excellent care my mother enjoyed.
