My father is a current resident. An ongoing issue with his care is lack of STNA staff. My father requires assistance for his personal care and does not receive it on a regular basis leaving him to sit in his own filth. Yesterday, when visiting I found his bathroom with dried feces smeared over the toilet and soiled diapers and clothing on the floor. Proper staffing is not provided by the administration to safely care for residents.

Horrible place!!! Waking people at 2 and 3 am for showers because day staff didn't have time. I was told to wake the dementia patients because they wouldn't know better. I worked for a staffing company and refused to go back.

Country lawn has very caring staff that go above and beyond to make sure all the residents are cared for. The dietary manager does his best to make sure all the residents are satisfied with their meals. The therapy department is excellent in getting you rehabilitated so you can get back home. I don't think you could ask for a more appropriate, caring and loving home for your loved one.
