Unlike the 1st comment the manager is kind and concerned with each Tennant, she knows each by name. The maintenance staff is prompt and polite when dealing with issues. The property is older but kept up nicely. We have seen other 55 and older community living places. This is the nicest by far at this price point. I feel bad others have not had the same experience we have.

My mother in law been living there for many years. Apartment is old and need of some serious renovations! Unfortunately the only thing the complex owners are interested in is collecting a rent. They keep raising the prices but aren't doing anything to make it more comfortable . Officially it's a 2 bedroom , but the floor plan wouldn't allow it to be a second bedroom, it doesn't even have a window, unless you count the one into a living room! There is no central air, so it gets cozy in a summer
