My dad was there less than 24 hours and fell out of his bed 4+ times and their solution was for us to get a family member to come sit with him 24 hours a day. He was left alone for less than an hour and he fell out of bed again

My neighbor was in the care of Brookwood before he passed away. He was left to feed himself (unable to)Stay in dirty diapers way pass the 2 Hour change time and nursing staff acted like he was a bother. I told the nurse staff that his right leg didnt look right. He was admitted to Hospital ER and they wanted to amputate. Please rethink putting your loved one in this facility.
