My mother and father lived here for over nine years, and the owners are loving caring people that treat everyone like family. At Galena Manor, you have your own private room, and then a shared open space with lots of light shining in. There are activities to do, puzzles, crafts, cards, music, tv, and visitors coming and going to keep things exciting. They even have entertainment and parties. Home cooked meals, and snacks. This is their home, and it is well maintained and cared for on a beautiful property. You will not be disappointed, knowing your loved ones are being well taken care of.

We said we would never put Dad in a home and because of Galena Manor we were able to keep our promise. They took care of him better than we possibly could have at our actual home. He got home cooked meals and had lots of important socialization and love. The caregivers at Galena Manor cared for him like he was part of their own family. Thank you!

I have never seen so much love and care that takes place in this group home . The patients are in a loving family home with homemade meals and wonderful care. They have beautiful country scenery to look at and dogs and birds also to make you feel right at home.The care givers there bring smiles to the patients and their families! What a wonderful place to live at! I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a new home for their loved one.

The 2 5 stars given where clearly done that haven't expereiced this place or been inside. The owners are hoarders and don't care for the people at all. The way the treat the residents and the things they say like ' Imma just let you fall' and they only have 1 person on staff at a time. These poor residents get worse and worse then eventually pass. It's sad and should be closed.
