This place treats their employees like they're immediately replaceable. I was fired over the phone and never got an exit interview. I would NOT trust the people in management with my own parents.

From the moment when I drove up to Inn at Bear Trail, I was completely impressed with the architectural design and overall look of the community! This place is stunning! I took a tour with Melissa. She was very friendly, extremely interactive with the residents there. They all seem to absolutely adore her, which I can see why she is very good to the residents from what I saw while I was there. She was very thorough, very detailed and showed concern and care for the residents. There are some really great amenities to this place. The rooms are pretty good size. I would highly recommend a family member to live here.

I moved my Mother in November this is the best decision that I have made for her care. The staff is friendly, caring and they know what they are doing. The management is quick to resolve any concerns or issues that I have. I Am Grateful that I have found them...
