Hearth and Home of Vandalia has been amazing to my family over the last few years. Both of my parents have been residents at different times. The nurses to the directors have been so courteous and loving towards everyone in my family and has provided such a warm and inviting place for my parents and a place for us to call our home away from home when we visit. Thank you to all the staff for having us feel good at night when we left.

My step-mother is here and it's a wonderful place. The staff is amazing, great home cooked meals and lots of activities/parties. Would highly reccomend!

Mother experienced poor care while here. She has dementia and the staff did not insure that she was clean. Also experienced problems with wound care and following doctor's orders.
