My mom was here for 5 months. We loved this place nice people . Nice staff of that took care of her before she passed away. We want to thank everyone there for all you did for my mom to make her feel loved and very special . Thank you so much from the family of Bernice Shilstone .

I worked here for months, unfortunately. They treat their staff horribly and their residents worse. However, they put on a good front with the lovely scenery and facility itself; but the corporate office only cares about dollar signs. They have some good CNAs, but they choose to keep the ones that do not do work and verbally abuse their patients. Nice facility, but horrible staff. Large turnover rate. There is no structure and the authoritive figures do not set rules and justifiably enforcement them. Do not trust this place. Poor supervision on the head departments end.
