This is the WORST facility I've ever seen. The building is gross. The nursing staff has little to no products to help keep the residents clean and safe. They don't even have fitted sheets that properly fit the beds! Most staff has to purchase their own soap, lotion, shampoo, razors etc just to be able to work properly. The management is like the blind leading the deaf. Please never use this facility, its horrible!!!!

I only put one star cause it wouldn't let me put none! These people don't give a damn about employees or residents. Staff is not provided what they need, others are being overworked because the management cant seem to get rid of people who don't want to work. This causes residents to not be properly taken care of because staff is physically exhausted due to long hours back to back. It is unsafe for everyone. Owners need to get off their asses and fix it or state needs to shut it down
