I wasn't able to upload the video I took, but I did upload a screen shot of the video. I don't know this woman but she was in the hallway yelling for help. I got her back in her room and had to help her use the bathroom while two 'nurses' were in the hallway gossiping and looking at their phones. I am not a nurse and I have no medical training. I was there visiting someone who was only having to stay for two weeks for physical therapy and rehab after surgery, and I had to help this woman. I understand that there is a lot going on in nursing homes and it's hard to take care of everyone there, but it seems like if this place cared at all, they would at least help the ones that are in the hallway screaming. Almost all positive reviews for this place are fake accounts. They have been reported multiple times but they are still open. The nurses that couldn't cut it at a real health facility come here to work. There is no oversight on their quality or performance.

The new administrator is the most uncaring person I have ever met.she couldnt wait to get me out of her nasty dirty office when I had a complaint abot my mothers care. Her staff never smiles. This building has gone hill drastically she came. All the good people that were there have left because of her. The care there now is horrible. People left in wet and dirt diapers. Not getting fed properly. The company should get rid of her and get someone who knows what the are doing. No one answe call bell. Nurses and cnas dont care. I will be moving my mother somewhere else. Not using my real name because of retaliation

If we could have we would have placed my brother-in-law here before he passed away. Lava Jackson is remarkable social worker! Of all the facilities and hospital visits and stays, she was the most informative regarding what my brother-in-law was experiencing with his illness. By understanding what he was going through it made it easier to understand how to take care of him. This made a huge impression on my daughter. The staff we met were helpful and caring. We followed up with Lava after my brother-in-law passed and she helped us by talking about coping and giving my daughter ways to honor and cherish her uncle's memory.
