My father was a short-term rehabilitation patient at Brian Center Hertford. The staff and the skilled nurses were friendly, knowledgeable, caring and compassionate. Anytime I would asked or needed something for my father, the staff when above and beyond. My father's medical needs were properly attended too. The facility was clean. Delmar Hilbert was a patient at your facility for a short time ,one week.I want to thank you for the care he was given.The time you all spent with him feeding him,keeping him clean and always keeping check on him to make sure all was alright. The friendly staff and the smiling nurses was amazing to see the interest that was shown to him and also to those that were visiting was also shown respect and understanding also.I know you want a five star rating,but you need so much more the floors were always mopped and kept clean and also a fresh clean smell when i entered the building.
