If I could give no stars I would. You neglected my ONLY GRANDMA that ever loved me unconditionally by allowing her to fall and bust her head open and that's not good. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else because of your employees negligence. There is no excuse for what happened!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
