Nice course 'in' Ruidoso. Well cared for. Fun to play and have an audience of deer. Great hospitality. When a thunderstorm came through we went to the clubhouse, had a drink on the 2nd floor porch, enjoyed looking through at thunderstorm at 12,000 ft of Sierra Blanca. The storm passed. Back to golf. A memorable day. Thanks Folks.

Nice and great service. Tight short golf course

Such a great layout and location. Greens and fairways are really long and needing mowing. We were the first tee time and were playing at a quick pace until we got to the tenth hole. When we reached the 10th box there were four groups of members or locals that just decided to start there instead of one. I am not sure the Pro Shop was aware they were doing this but it probably wasn't the first time they had jumped in front of others. I hope they are able to make a few changes and get it in order. Do not miss the Friday night Fish fry!

Second time to play here in last 3 years. Came up from San Antonio to play a few courses. Do not expect this to be in tip top shape. It is a challenging course and would be much better if maintenance was better. Fairways specifically. Had to move ball around a lot just to find something to hit off of. Great staff, all friendly but the course is just very basic. Chipping green, putting green, no driving range. Upstairs snack bar is dated. Good availability of merchandise in the process shop. It's now more if a social gathering place than a competitive golf course. I hope that changes in the future.
