The facility is very clean, no bad smells, very pleasant. Most of the staff seems caring and friendly. The food is good, there is free ice cream each day except Sunday. The residents really enjoy it. And plenty of activities. They treated my father very well.

My mother recently passed away after receiving long term care for several years at this facility. Her care was absolutely excellent! The nurses and CNAs are unparalled in skill and compassion. I will be forever grateful to these wonderful people.

First of all if you are an older person and have to ware depends or something like that they dont want to give you water because they dont wanna change them..i think its a sad situation. Thats what they are there for..my friend Cass Hunter dad is still in this place..i will never send another person to this place.

My sister was in rehab for 3 weeks. We couldn't have ask for a better place. They took great care of her and was very caring. The CNA's get the thumbs up, they are the ones that get stuck with the dirty work but hers were great! The food was wonderful and the facility was clean and smelled great. She recierec great services such as rehab. The establishment has great things for their residents to enjoy. The only complaint I have is the pairing of roommates. She had 2 and they were both mental cases, seriously. The last one absolutely scared my sister to death. They should pair roommates better, my sister had a shoulder replacement and she should have been paired with someone that was in a similar situation.

I made the mistake of going there after my shoulder surgery. The physical therapy department was wonderful. The food was plentiful and very good. BUT the staff on my hall at night was rude and uncaring. My roommate had to wait sometimes 45 minutes for help to the bath room. I wasn't able to wait, so I'd go by myself. They would get mad and raise their voices at me. Gee, I had shoulder surgery, not heart, or knee, or hip. I could walk very well, unlike my roommate, who really needed help. We both had to beg for ice water. She came down with the 'flu'. So did I. She got medicine after her family had their say. I had to beg for aspirin for my 102.2 temp. I checked myself out. If good therapy and food are what you are after, the place is great. BUT, If you want good care and respect forget it. You might get the same heartless aids we had. Never have figured out what we had done to deserve the treatment we got. I thanked them for every little thing they did for me, even when they were rude, and my roommate was a true little sweetheart.
