I have helped move my great aunt, my grandfather, and now my husbands father into homes for specific elderly assistance needs but never have I witnessed as poor of service as I have with this Brookstone location. Their lack of explanation for their decisions with patients along with rudeness to polite and concerned family members leads me to not recommend them at all. The facility looks nice but staff experience, knowledge, and patient care is incredibly lacking for me to be able to suggest anyone place a loved one in their care.
