Feb 13 mother in law supposedly stumbled and fell. Med tech ? checked her out and placed her back in bed. Call at 1:02am and informed via voicemail that they picked her up and placed her back in bed. She supposedly got up twice to go to the restroom and she was to be gotten up for breakfast 6:30am, she was unable to because of pain. At 10:00am she was finally transported to ER where they stated she had an obvious hip fracture. The Dr doubted that she could have beared any weight at all. THIS PLACE IS A THREAT TO ALL.

The Crest of Clemmons is an excellent facility. Both of my parents have been there for past 4 years. The administration and staff are the most caring of any I have had the pleasure of knowing. They give personalized care focusing on the physical, mental and spiritual care of each resident. I would highly recommend this facility for any one looking for a assisted living for their family member.
