I've been a resident since 8-2019. It is a perfect environment for aging independent adults. There will be bad apples whereever you go. Carolina Spring offers fitness room, theater room, game - puzzle room, salon, laundry facilities on each floor, full size kitchen - dining area for functions, shopping center less than a mile away, UNC Hospital 5 or 6 min away, etc. Management is wonderful! If there's a problem; report it. The issue will be addressed. I love my apartment! I will do my best as resident to abide by my lease. Great place to live!

Water is always shut off for hours a day, Maintenance is laughable, fire alarms blaring yet some residents aren't being helped out of their apartments in very dangerous situations. I will be contacting the city about these issues.
