I love Autumn Care it is a place that many residents call home. The atmosphere is so warm and inviting and I love to see smiling faces and people excited about their place of employment. 'Jan Lilly' was a great help and I recommend reaching out to her if anyone is wanting to know more information about Autumn Care. Mrs. Lilly will go above and beyond to make sure your expectations are meet. Thank you Ms. Lilly for all your help!

Very poor service and very short on staff they totally ignore the call bell even if they are near the room where the bel is going off.They dont was the patients like they should.I pray that no one send there love ones there

Jan Lilly really went above and beyond with her service of my mother. She gave me all of the information I needed, without me even knowing what to ask for! I have encountered people in her same position at other nursing facilities and they have never been as helpful as Ms. Lilly.
