My mom and dad has been at Crown Pointe for over 12 yrs ago!. We've seen a number of changes of staff, procedures and physical environment. Through it all, the admin at Crown Pointe has been responsive to the needs of the residents. This current staff has been particularly responsive! Katie has been amazing as she has been hit w/ some tough issues that hit Crown Pointe that needed time to work through! Obviously, I LOVE Crown Pointe ! I have been an avid marketer to many friends/ families about the virtues of Crown Pointe and will continue to ! THANK YOU !! Thank YOU!!! THANK YOU!!!!!!
