I love Brighton Gardens of Omaha and Sunrise Senior Living. They aren't just another healthcare provider. They care deeply about providing pride, enjoyment and fulfillment to those work live there and those who work there. I'm grateful to be a part of the team.

My mother has lived at Brighton Gardens (Assisted Living) for two years now. I am sure there may be others, but I would like to recognize Jenny (Activities Director), Zane (front desk), Derek, Yu (Med Aides) and Bobbi. They do a very good job of helping my mother. I think the issue has been resolved now, but as my mother's Attorney in Fact, I want to receive the monthly statements via your secure email transmittal early each month. I was told by a Jennifer that this was not possible. However, I had (and have been for the last two months) received the statements that way. My goal is to make sure Brighton Gardens is paid promptly and accurately each month. I also monitor my mother's Long-Term Care Insurance carrier. Therefore, I do NOT want the insurance carrier to receive the statement. I must be the one who uploads the monthly statements to them each month. There is no reason that cannot happen via your secure website. Brighton Gardens seems to have a very frequent turnover of Executive Directors and some of the staff which concerns my mother, myself and my siblings. If you want to keep the J.D. Power Award, you need to maintain stability. Communication between staff members could improve. There are times when my mother has not received her medications (depends upon the Med Aide and the shift). There are times when she has pressed her call button and no one has responded for a long time. She does not seem to be getting her showers on Mondays and Fridays regularly. She has to ask sometimes before anyone shows up. Overall, we are satisfied with Brighton Gardens to protect my mother's health and provide a safe living environment. All companies go through change, but constant change does cause disruption. There are many caring people who work at Brighton Gardens and we appreciate that. Thank you,

Absolutely horrible place!! Do NOT send your loved one there. It's a chaotic mess!! My mom was there for less then 24 hours...and that was 24 hours too long. Asked for a washcloth to wipe her face and was told to check the supply room ourselves. Aide popped her head in while mom was vomiting...said 'well that's not good' ...never came back!! Horrible horrible place.
