I entertain at Aksarben and find the crowds to be a group of people who come to the shows to get involved and sing and have fun. Lots of energy in that room. I'm also lucky to have a friend who lives in Aksarben Village and have been privileged to join her for dinner.....the catfish and the tilapia looked excellent, the cheeseburger was great, and one of my dinner companions got the best looking sweet potato fries I've ever seen anywhere. My friend's apartment is roomy, with loads of natural light and is well planned and laid out. She loves living there.

Nice newer facility with welcoming decor, residents are pleasant. I provide occasional entertainment services, and the staff is always positive and friendly.

I am so proud to be a team member at Aksarben Village Senior Living! Our facility is beautiful, meals are delicious, and our residents make all of the activities offered so incredibly fun! I feel lucky to come to work every day. We definitely love the way we work and live!

I have lived here at AkSarBen for about a year and a half. My biggest adjustment was giving up my independence. I have also had problems with the lack of privacy. Other than that my overall experience has been very positive. All the employees and most of the residents are very friendly, and the employees are very helpful. if anyone cant find something todo, they arent looking very hard. There are so many different activities that no one should be bored. I have enjoyed exercise, Tai Chi, crafting, bingo, Happy Hour, shopping trips, sightseeing trips, musical presentations, Bridge, movies and many other activities. The meals are delicious and our apartment is kept very clean. I feel very secure here, and have the peace of knowing that if I am gone somewhere, Ken will be taken care of.
