Autumn Springs Assisted Living

I love the way they take care of our family. They are very kind and patient. I would absolutely recommend this facility.

Former employee here, my wages and duties were vastly misrepresented to me during my interviewing process, by the administrator. Administrator refused to allow me to clock out leave or stop working for lunch breaks, but I was docked the pay despite not being allowed to have a break. Lowest paying job in billings to my knowledge at $9.50/hr (Administrator actually agreed this is the case). After discussing my financial difficulties with the administration, I was fired over voicemail, leaving this building with 3 fof 6 full time positions filled , and 2 part time positions of 4. Building is fully reliant on pool aides, but refuse to pay their staff a living wage. The staff they do have are amazing, but very overworked, and usually have to do the work of two to compensate for pool aides. Further they are pca/hca's (health care aide/personal care aides) I was the only full time Certified nursing assistant in the building at the time of my employment. Great building if your relative is independent needing only a little help, Good Hca's to take care of your family. However if your relative is fairly dependent I don't reccomend this facility.
