How is it people can hide the fact that this nursing home has bed bugs, I was shown a bug and I told them it is a bed bug and just because you killed that one means nothing, then you people had the nerve to use a cheap spray that won't work. . And please don't thank me for bringing this to your attention you already knew. I know several people who work there and they have seen them too and your spray didn't work the state will hear any this

This place has done a great job so far of taking good care of my grandmother. It's a clean place, has a great layout, and sports friendly staff members who care.
