My Mom was at The Cottages for three weeks to rehab from blood clots, a UTI, a wound on her stomach, bronchitis, and gastroparesis. The staff was kind and attentive to my Mom and the atmosphere is the next best thing to being at home. I can't say enough about how much the doctor and staff contributed to my Mom being able to successfully return home. I thank God for people and places like The Cottages where I know the residents will be treated with love and dignity no matter their physical or mental abilities. I appreciate their dedication and thankless service to our aging parents. I pray God's blessing for all.

I've worked there for a month and a half you seem outta place if you not as of color they all nice to you when you are in orientation as soon as that ends they talk to you any kinda way they false advertising you can make your own schedule that's a lie they are all around full of it they are only nice to the families to keep them in buisness they have a high turn over due to how they treat their staff nobody is going to put up with being talked to like you didn't take time out to drive all the way there I will never return.

Update: Have to only give 4 stars because we have a question about our bill and no one will get back with us after multiple attempts. Our experience showed that the staff, all of them, are very caring and compassionate. I highly recommend the Cottages of Lake St Louis for the care of your loved one.
