I used to love working for them, when they brought Casandra in there and, her man and, his grown son it became a mess, she talk bad to the residents, am still working here recording everything. You can't tell Donna because she going to believe everything the family say, yea forgot to say they all family so you in a loose loose game if you try to report them!

Ashbury is a small independent/assisted living unit with a revolving door for administrators. Every time I went in there was someone different. I have seen a parade of messes in there- one girl was stealing drugs, another was a drunk and got violent, the better one that did watch all the meds and do the best job was still pretty lazy and spent too much time fiddling with his phone. If headquarters could just find reliable help, it would make all the difference.
