They do not care about their employees or residents, it is all about making money. They pick and choose who has to follow policies. They do not care about your workload and are not flexible. They require you to make up for their staffing shortages by making you take on-call shifts. Residents menus were recently downgraded leaving many unhappy.

I am giving this facility a 5 star review based on a few people. The first being Dottie. Every Monday, Thursday, and Saturday morning, I get to watch her go above and beyond for the residents here at Crown Care. Wether it be calling Bingo, leading crafts, or just being a listening ear to people who may not always have one. This lady is an asset to this facility, and I for one as a family member of a resident, appreciate the work she does, and hope to continue to see her many years from now making these residents smile!

Trash never go here for all who plan on working here they would rather tell you to leave if you dont like it than to fix anything, Worst place to ever work
