Not a place an individual would consider if given real options other than this facility or homeless. Its sad how little Missouri cares about the sick, elderly and most vulnerable citizens. i even feel bad for the staff members who have to get up and face working in such an uninviting environment. It must be an act of sheer will to face that every morning.

This place is an absolute dump! It smells moldy, has carpet from the 1950s and the building in general is decrepit. The elevator moans and groans to the point it is actually doubtful as to whether or not you will arrive alive (even just going up one floor). The walls have water stains and the room are tiny. The bathroom I used had a broken toilet that you had to flush by sticking your hand in the back of the toilet. This is a terrible place that looks even trashier on the inside than it does the outside.
