What an awesome place! The staff went above and beyond to make sure that my in laws had the best of care! The staff was compassionate and caring and helped my in laws maintain dignity in their final days! Thanks for all the love and prayers.!

My parents have lived there for almost 2 years and it has been a complete nightmare. One of the RNs was so completely incompetent it was unbelievable. After multiple complaints from multiple families, she was FINALLY fired along with multiple people from upper management recently fired too. Discussions for improvement are ignored, so don't watse your time. If you're thinking about moving your loved there, just a heads up, 7 families are moving out this month!! Things may look deceiving when you tour, but the food is horrendous and the quality of care doesn't even rate a 1 star. Mom was left to sleep in her recliner overnight too many times to count and it took over a month to finally get a call button for her. Save your loved one and your family from having to move in and out soon after. It's so disruptive and challenging for the elderly! Good luck in your search for the right fit. I hope this honest review helps others make a better choice!

Chaska Heights has the most remarkable culture I have ever worked in. The core leadership team has a positive attitude and is truly invested in the success of every employee. I have never laughed, or had more fun at work, than I have had at Chaska Heights! Staff are incredibly competent. When weve been faced with challenges the attitude has been, Id rather be busy than not. Today I overheard a Nurse say, I love coming to work, when I get here I feel like I am home again this is my second home. Chaska Heights is an incredible community and wonderful place to work!
