American house it's self is very nice. But the food they is at times suspect. The vegies are usually over cooked, but meat and fish alot of times is either cooked until it is hard or undercooked. Like the cod fillets served 12/6/19, cook said she cooked it at 150 degrees for 45 minutes. Really it was not even warm. I feel bad about having my mom live there.

I came into this American house to find a potential place for my father and I must say I was truly amazed. The building itself is wonderful and seemed very home like inside. There is also a medical team inside the American house that helps the residents and just from passing them by they appear to be rather friendly and professional. A lot of them were smiling and seemed very happy. I would feel secure knowing there is a medical team there to help with my father when he needs it. The services that they offer for the residents are wonderful. Although I am still looking for a new permanent place for my father, this location didnt seem bad at all.

This place was 5 stars but they put that company on the second floor and it's going under Rude and unprofessional.

I had a bad experience.I was about to put my family in America house and use the extra services from Advisa care.I went on the second floor it was terrible they were rude and loud. Folks just sitting around on their cellphone. They gave me no kind of help at all.I decided this is not the kind of people I want caring for my love one.
