We have new owners and it is wonderful. We now have a full time office and a full time maintenance. Both Cat and Michael could not be more helpful they are wonderful and any issues are fixed promptly and correctly. It is great to have questions answered on a daily basis in the office. All residents are treated with respect. It created a wonderful place to reside now! Extremely better than in the post with old owners.

Very friendly residents. Many floor plans. The current manager, Holly, is very professional, knowledgeable, efficient & cares deeply about the residents. One couldn't ask for a better manager. She is advocating for building improvements (the building is about 13? years old & the halls need to be painted, carpet could be updated & a few other incidentals.) The only real concern I have is the lack of outside parking. There are 87 units in the building with outside parking spaces for 12 ( 2 of which are handicapped). The lack of outside parking is an issue as the only alternative is to rent a garage space for $50/month. My recommendation would be that 1 garage space be allotted per unit @ no additional charge whether or not it is used Additional spaces desired by renters would be subject to a $50 fee per space.

THE BUILDING AND MOST OF THE RESIDENCE ARE GREAT!!! HOWEVER, THIS IS THE WORST LIVING SITUATION EVER. THE PROPERTY MANAGER IS RUDE, CONDESCENDING & DISRESPECTFUL! SHE BULLYS FAMILY, GUEST AND THE RESIDENCE THERE. SHERMAN AND ASSOCIATES WOULD NOT EVEN LISTEN TO ME AND 8 OTHERS COMPLAINTS ABOUT THEIR PROPERTY MANAGER. WE ALL HAVE DECIDED TO MOVE OUT TO OTHER LIVING ARRANGEMENTS. I DO
