The folks at Wixom cared for a relative of mine when no one else would. The facilitys are top quality and when I visited they were working up upgrades and renovations. When our loved one passed they sent flowers for the service and even attended. I could tell they care.

So my dad & I came on a Sunday afternoon for a tour, staff refused. My guess is they don't want us to know what happens unannounced. Not welcoming at all, terrible first impression. Zero visitors on a Sunday afternoon. 'Information' sign on the front door, yet no information was provided.
