My great aunt has lived at Butternut Hill for the past 3 years and I cannot even say what amazing care they took of her! Gabriel and all of his staff are kind, caring and very resourceful. My aunt was always happy there, treated kindly and was very clean and well taken care of. They welcome visitors at all times and make you feel like family. They kept us up to date with every change and every decision up to the very last day when my aunt passed away. I HIGHLY recommend them. When my mom is ready for assisted living in a few years, I know where she will be going! If you are looking for a good place for your loved one, give them a call. You wont be disappointed!

I couldnt give Gabriel any higher praise unless I was a wordsmith. After my sister and I looked in vein for a place that could give my mom the increased care she needed and both ended up in tears we were given two options. Butternut Hill was the best decision we made for my moms care period.

I work for Kindred Hospice and weve provided care to multiple residents here over the years. Gabriel is awesome to work with and is excellent regarding communication and the care of his residents. We havent had any complaints or constructive criticism - they set the standard of what an AFC should look like. I sincerely would recommend Butternut to friends, family, and strangers at the grocery store.

I am looking for a facility for my father. I have called the contact number repeatedly to no avail. The call goes to voicemail with a message that the mailbox is full. Not a good business plan!
