This is a senior citizens complex. This property needs to be reported for unsafe living conditions. The dryers have not been working for almost a year. When you walk in the building, its a sauna. It was 92 degrees outside and no air on in several buildings. Residents are told there is a waiting list for repairs. Maintenance can not get to your repairs until March of 2021. This is unacceptable for anyone, especially seniors. I am calling every news station in Michigan because this is not acceptable living conditions. It feels like the floors in the hallway may give out at any moment. Calls are not returned.

Love it!!! Staff is friendly,work orders are quickly done. Here in My building it like havig another family.
