This review is strictly in regards to group interview process which I believe is a flawed concept much like the open classroom concept. If Brightview refuses to do away with the group interview, they need to at least make some big changes. First, how about starting off with a short video presentation of Brightview covering all employment opportunities. Then break into smaller groups based on area(s) of interest. I found it time consuming and uninformative. I don't need to listen to 10 other candidates give their answers to the same questions. When the group interview was completed, one of the facilitators described the next step. I will not use quotation marks because my words might be slightly off, but they come close. He said he and the other facilitator will sit down and go over who they liked and didn't like. I was appalled at this lack of professionalism. And just for the record, I have not received a thanks but no thanks letter yet, although I expect to, BUT on the slim chance I was offered the opportunity to take it to the next step, I would decline. This person should not be conducting interviews before receiving additional training on interview etiquette.

Im no longer employed here but the residents here are very sweet and understanding and given the best care that the associates can provide. Not the best place to work. Most of the managers/ supervisors show favoritism to those who work while theyre working and ignore the ones they rarely see. When first hired they tell you how important communication and team work is to the community but they lack exactly that. Needs new management.
