This is run by people that go above and beyond anything I could have imagined for their residents. They truly care about their safety and happiness. I had a very difficult situation and they went so far out of their way to help and make sure that all way okay! Thanks Atrium Village!

We had the most amazing experience at the Atrium after a very unpleasant experience at another assisted living facility where our mother fell because they wrapped her leg too tight with an ace bandage. She was struggling so much after this fall that she was admitted to a Gilchrist Hospice. To our surprise, after a lot of PT and TLC, she started to improve. My sister and I met with Reuben (who runs the Atrium) and two of the wonderful nurses (Kelly and Diana) who did an evaluation on our mom at Gilchrist. about getting our mom into their facility. At first they were hesitant to allow our mom to reside there because she was considered a two person lift; however after much consideration, they decided to give it a trial run and provided her with a room in the dementia unit ( she was starting to have memory issues). They worked so hard with her on so many levels. First they started PT on premises with their amazing staff (Katie, Kate and Danielle). Imagine our surprise when we saw our 93 year old mom riding a stationary bike. They then remembered a special piece of equipment they used on another patient to transport her to the bathroom. Our mom learned how to use this equipment to pull herself up to a standing position which was amazing. They finally said her trial run was over and she could stay. I must mention some of the names of the staff in this unit who went above and beyond for our mother. Vernai, the director of the dementia unit was wonderful. She had a smile on her face every day and pitched in and helped out whenever the staff was busy. Yana who worked in that area was our moms main caretaker. She treated her as if she was her own mother. She figured out ways to get her into the shower when it seemed impossible. She spoon fed her at the end of her life and rubbed her shoulders and neck on the last day of her life. This woman is truly an angel and we love her like family. I know I will probably leave someone out but I must mention some of the others in this unit. Bea, Ella, Evie, Tammy, and Patricia were so terrific. They treated our mom with such kindness and respect even on days she was really confused. All of these ladies treated me, my sister and brother with such warmth. Most of them were there with us the day our mom passed away. They hugged and kissed us and cried with us. The maintenance staff also treated us like gold. After our mom passed away they helped us load up our cars, then spoke to us from their hearts about knowing how hard it was to lose a loved one and then kissed us goodbye. There are no words that can express the gratitude we have for Reubin, the nursing staff, PT staff, everyone in the dementia unit, the front desk staff (Jamie), maintenance staff and all if the staff in the dining facility. These people really cared about our mother and this meant the world to us. We would highly recommend The Atrium to anyone considering an assisted living facility for their loved one. I cant imagine any place being better than this one. They are all angels!Amy CavalierTerry FischerLouis Buckner(Children of the late Charlotte Buckner)

My mother recently moved into the Atrium. She is in independent living and receives minimal home care. After her living alone I am so grateful she gets phone calls and has formed friendships with her neighbors. The front desk people have always been courteous and responsive. The activities director has encouraged her to be a part. Executive Director Rosenfeld is passionate about the residents welfare and his staff as well. I also believe that the proactive precautions they are taking with the pandemic have been above and beyond and I am confident my mother is in the safest place she can be. I appreciate the tireless work of all the staff to consistently elevate their standards and protect the residents. I highly recommend this community.

Well I attempted to go eat there for the last day of restaurant week, February 1st, and was told that restaurant week ended the day before. I guess they didnt want good business, oh well.

My mom lived at the Atrium Senior Care Facility for almost four years, before she needed to be moved to a nursing home. At the Atrium, first she was in Independent Living, and then in Assisted Living. On both sides of the building, her care was excellent. The staff was attentive and responsive to her increasing needs. Kelly and Diana, the nurses in charge, were always aware of everything going on with all of the patients and responded to my questions and concerns promptly. They were always there to listen to me and reassure me.Reuben Rosenfeld, the Director at the Atrium, is a hands-on director, who really knows the families as well as the patients. He is also caring and responsive to the needs of the patients and their families.I always felt my mom was in good hands at the Atrium, a secure and welcoming environment. It is clean and well-run, with a competent staff of friendly and caring peopleEileen S.
