Ive found Golden Arms Placement to be Prompt professional and courteous. COMPASSION is the one word description.Wanda is so helpful 'thank you' just does not cover it.I have recomended this agency to several friends and will continue to do so. If i could give 0 stars I would, warning do not send your loved one to this place they are horrible both my grandparents was placed with this facility they constantly move patients from house to house they don't have hot water they had to boil water on a stove to give my grandmom a bath and they make elderly patients lay on the floor with blankets no bed) they told me and my mom they would take her to all her appointment's and they failed to do that they also didn't even get there medications filled! Also last week my grandmom went outside for a ciggeret to smoke and they locked her out the house I talked to her while she was on her cell phone for 20 minutes banging on the door out of breath outside 100 degrees outside she had to knock for 20 minutes they locked her out on purpose another thing that happened she didn't make it to the bathroom in time and had a accident on the bathroom floor the cleaning guy or whatever he is screamed in her face and cussed at her! Another thing that happened was when they kept moving patients from house to house they didn't take her oxygen machine she did without oxygen for 6 hours this place needs shut down I'm calling the state and reporting them also I'm gonna let the local police station know and the health department (department of aging) you all should be ashamed of yourselves treating elderly people bad all you people want is money
