The facility is ran so bad, has a Administrator and Director of Nursing who doesn't really care for the Residents. We are made to take showers in a shower room with no heat. We are always served cold food.

HORRIBLE. My husband was here for 3 weeks. They nearly shattered his broken pelvis when they tried to lift him in a sling. Every time I visited I could hear patients calling out for help or for someone to come change them. The staff ignored their ever cry for help. NEVER SEND A LOVED ONE HERE EVER!!!!

this place is not care about your loved ones all they care about is money they do not treat your loved ones with care they've almost broke my grandmother's foot within the first 5 minutes of her being there because the nurse tryed to run her foot over with the wheelchair

Today I recently found out my grandmother was sitting in her bed for four hours straight in her own feces while every single nurse walked by and didn't do ANYHING. Her roommate had to call 911 just so someone can come bring her medication that's been past due for herself and my grandmother . This place is ridiculous and needs to shut down .The nurses don't care for the residents whatsoever. They don't deserve to be treated badly .
