Well last year it took two months to get rid of ants coming though the south window and frame. There is only one pane and not a good fit between window pane and frame. Air comes through as well. Cheap ! Well everything is cheap including the Scientific Insect Control company who comes every Thursday ONLY to exterminate insects. I am on the forth floor and ants are running across my window frame outside and some come in. I actually believe Scientific had NO control over the ant infestation. The weather got colder and the ants ceased. Well, it has started again. I have in my window sill an ant carcus. I let the office know and right away they sent someone up to my apartment to treat the inside of my window frame. How idiotic! The ants come in from outside. I asked the Scientific Rep if he could treat the outside . He idicated he needed authority from the office. I told him to get it and do a job. However I never knew whether he got autorization or not. I emailed the DIRECTOR and his comrade and got a reply that the outside of my window/unit was treated. Really? How through access of my apartment - no as i was here. From outside? Doubt that as I am on the forth floor. So it starts again. I would have given one star, but its only a coupple months! LOL

The Market Rate apartment at Churchill are beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath apartments at a great rate! The Churchill community is a amazing with an abundance of amenities and activities for the residents!
