My mother just got releases from there & it will take a whole page 2 explain y we have a lawyer contacting them. Tasha the social worker or whatever she calls herself is rude. Very rude!!! I can promise u they will remember my mother.

Worst place ever! They only care about they pay checks. The elderly folks hate it there. Someone dies almost every day here! Please get your love ones out this facility or if you were interested please reconsider! Its so unorganized and no type of love in this place.

I hope you all know how good of an activities director you have. That woman walks around that building more than anyone I know. She always does whatever those residents want. She is the sweetest person I have met up there. You make sure she knows how appreciated she is! I would put any of my family members there as long as she is there

My mother was here for 2 weeks for short term rehab care after breaking her distal femur. The care they provided for her left us feeling 100% at ease and comfortable that she was getting the best care possible. The physical therapy was superb and went above & beyond to get her the help needed to be successful and safe at home. Upon discharge the therapist came out to assess her home, and watch her successfully transfer from room to room. To her chair, bed , toilet, etc. I do not think things could have been any better. Nurses were caring, kind, respectful and consistent. We do not have a single complaint and will gladly recommend them to anyone!

If you are in search of a care home for yourself or a loved one, KEEP LOOKING!!!The Gulfport Care center, under the current administration (Administrator Jack and D.O.N. Kristin) is failing miserably. The current environment in this facility is anything but caring and the victims have become the hardworking cna's, nurses, and ultimately the residents who are receiving long term care or rehabilitation services. I have not worked in this center long, but I've worked there and in this field long enough to recognize when things aren't done correctly and without integrity.  I refused to jeopardize my liscence that I've held for over 10 years by continuing to be ordered to engage in unethical work practices. This is a note to upper management, if you value your business, you will make some swift changes to the current administration whose idea of management is sewing discord among the employees, undervaluing the employees, and viewing the patients and residents as mere census numbers and dollar signs.A word to Jack and Kristin. It's very difficult to fake empathy, integrity, and good character. You cannot hide in your offices, avoiding the employees and residents for very long. You will eventually be found out for who you truly are.
