Save yourself hastle and live off base

Been without AC for three days. Put in an emergency maintenance order and no one has been by. Know another family who is experiencing the same thing and they have two children on oxygen. Was warned about this from past tenants. I should have took their advice! Live off base if at all possible!!

Horrible experience. There was black mold and roaches when we moved in. Knox Hills insisted on spraying a chemical to 'cure' the mold. They make you sign a paper acknowledging that there is lead based paint in the houses (which is not safe at all). Manager and director are very unprofessional and rude towards tenants!
