My mother was at Central Park for nearly 4 years. She passed away at the end of 2019. The staff at Central Park became her second family. When I was not able to visit, I was not worried as I felt that she was always well taken care of. The facility even reached out to me recently regarding an upcoming planned memorial service for those that passed away and she was being remembered. I was completely taken back and it once again reminded me of the many thanks I have for all those that cared for her and treated her so great during the final years of her life. I miss seeing the many familiar faces that I interacted with when visiting her each week. God bless you all and see you soon at the memorial service.

I was not impressed with the staff. The receptionist was on her cell phone when we arrived and when we left 2 hours later. When my father passed no one could locate his clothes. There was not a procedure in place. I was sent from the receptionist to the nurse to the custodian, activity director, then social worker. I was not satisfied or pleased with the staff and care received at Central Park.
